Purchase a Haynes or Chilton's Auto Repair Manual for your Jeep at any auto parts store. The manuals cover all basic maintenance and repair procedures. You can always use Google and see what you find.

If you take the wheel off the Jeep the drum if not rusty should slide right off. If it is rusted onto the axleshaft pretty good a few sharp hits with a hammer around the rim ought to persuade it off.

That should be all there is to it, the drum just slides on. In addition to it sticking to the axle due to rust, another thing to watch for if it doesn't come off easily is if the drum is grooved badly then the shoes will probably need to be adjusted inward away from the drum in order to get it off. The adjusting stars are accessed through a slot with a rubber plug located at the bottom of the brake backing plate.
