    2.5l Stroker?

Would it be a good idea to get a 2.5l 4 cylinder stroked? Does anyone know what numbers it would put out? Or would what would be easier to get more power?

it wouldn't be worth it IMHO. swap in a V8 and get three times the power, for the same price, and you can still run 87octane.

You'd maybe get 40hp at the most, and 20-25 ft/lbs of torque these are just guess based off of the 4.0L so basically your 2.5L stroked would have to run on high octane gas, you would have ton of money it, and still have less HP and TQ the a standard output 4.0L. The amount of money you have it you could easily do a swap to a V8 for a similar amount of money and be able run it on 87 octane. From a cost and Benefit stand point the a 2.5L stroked is just not a good idea.
