Crazy! I was flipping through one of my newer magazines and noticed on the ads that the RE 4.5 kit was no longer there to view and inspire me... It now read 6" RE YJ lift! Spring-Under with 6" of lift seems like a recipe for harshness and zero-flex... I'm curious now, too!

RC with 6" of lift.... To me reads as, "Wont flex for anything, will ride like and unloaded tri axle dump truck with out an air ride seat, and one corner will sag to 4.5" in a short amount of time."

People have issues with their smaller lifts and they have a rough ride. A high arch spring such as 6" will by design, have a rough ride. Add in the factor of not using the best spring steel or manufacturing methods, and you have a recipe for a harsh ride. I'm not trying to beat up RC, I just haven't seen them put out a product that is up to the standards of other lifts.

Sure their warranty is decent, and they will replace your springs when they sag, but they wont come out install them for you or pay the guy to install them. If it was me and you were dead set on staying SUA, I would look at the BDS (not black diamond) 4.5" kit and a 1" body lift. Personally, I wanted 6" of lift on flat springs (flat springs ride and flex better) so I went SOA on a factory springs. But I digress, SOA is a whole 'nother animal....
